Jac has over thirty years of experience in life sciences, healthcare coverage, business formation and operations. He has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies in addition to starting and successfully running multiple small businesses related to healthcare coverage policy, medical billing and consulting.

Jac spent five years as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer. While serving as a CASA, he was an advocate on behalf of children who have experienced abuse or neglect, representing the child’s best-interest for a safe and permanent home with the opportunity to thrive.

More recently, as CEO of Lamplight Behavior Analysis, Jac achieved his certification as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) and actively works with autistic individuals to help them build important skills like communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks. The mission of serving individuals and caregivers plus support from the Lamplight team give Jac purpose and inspiration every day!

Jac is eternally grateful for his family, especially his wife Mindy of 34 years, son Troy, daughter Adrianne, and their respective spouses Amy and Jonathan. Along with family and friends, Jac enjoys hiking, biking and spending time in the great outdoors around their “mini-farm” with their dog Blue, goats, pigs, and chickens!
