Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

At Lamplight, we are committed to helping our team members grow. We offer hands-on training and continued development opportunities for individuals who currently hold an RBT certification.

All RBTs (full-time and part-time) can expect:

RBTs available for at least 30 hours per week can also expect:

• • 24 hours of guaranteed weekly pay
